Here's how to automate common text messages to clients.
NOTE: Only Firm Administrators or users with the User Can Send SMS Messages permission can text clients.
- Navigate to a case.
- Click the mobile phone icon.
- If the icon is not present, opt the client in for texting first.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click Select Template.
- Select the desired template from the dropdown and it will auto-populate in the text box.
- Review and click Send.
