How to view any mail that is uploaded to your inbox and distribute to the appropriate caseworker.
- Click on the inbox/scanner icon in the right corner of the green bar at the top of every page.
- Locate the document you want to review.
- Click the arrow at the end of the document row.
- Select Review from the drop-down menu.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Choose a document category, tab access, and add a description to the file. This will all show up on the Documents Tab of the case and dictate where the new mail is filed.
- When you are ready to save the document to the case, click Save or Save to Linked if it belongs under all of the linked clients on a case. The document will now be visible on the case.
- If the document does not belong to the suggested case, click Reject. This will open a new pop-up and subsequently send the mail/document back to the Mail Center for further review.
