Reject Mail in Your Review Center Inbox

How to send a document that doesn't belong to a specific case back to the Mail Center.

• Follow the steps of Review Mail in Your Review Center Inbox
• If the document you are reviewing does not belong to the suggested case, click Reject. 

• A new pop-up window will appear.
• Enter a brief reason for rejection in the top field. 
• Click Reject. 

• The mail will be returned to the Mail Center with your rejection note.  Whoever is in charge of sorting mail in your mail center can now attribute it to the correct case.
