Unaccept a Medical Bill or Lien Amount

How to update an accepted lien or bill amount. 

• Navigate to the Settlement Tab of a case.
• On the Negotiations Page, scroll down to the liens sections - Settlement Advance, Medical Bills, Health Insurance Liens, Attorney Liens, & Miscellaneous Liens.
• Find the accepted lien you want to unaccept.
• Click on the dropdown arrow at the end of the lien row.
• Select Unaccept.

• The lien will be unaccepted and the amount can be edited.
