Which Cases Show on the My Cases Report?

The My Cases Report shows all cases you are currently listed as any type of worker. The report is useful to see the last date of client communication and make sure you're consistently working on your cases. This report may be filtered by Open/Closed Cases, Case Type, Case Status, Case Status Category, Case Age, and Primary Contact. Sorting by the Last Touched Date or Client Communication column headers can be helpful in viewing the most inactive cases.
