How to set a default caseworker for new cases. For firms with multiple case managers or attorneys, we recommend leaving those worker assignments blank.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click on the Settings header.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- In the pop-up window, scroll down and make the desired changes to your default workers.
- Click Save.
- Your changes will be visible under Default Settings. As you add in new cases, the workers selected will be assigned to your cases.
