How Are Statutes Calculated?

We know statutes keep you up at night. CASEpeer automatically calculates your statutes based on the date of the incident, accident type, defendant type, state the accident occurred in, and age of the client. You can also set your custom statute date if you choose. Not only can you see a list of your pending statutes in the Statute Report, CASEpeer will also send a notification 30 days after a case is added to CASEpeer to all workers assigned on a case to review the statute.
