Why Are My Notes Not Showing Up On the Right Hand Side of My Case?

If the Case Notes Section is not available on a specific tab of a case, it may appear at the bottom of the page. To get the Case Notes Section to appear on the right-hand side of the screen, try zooming out of your screen.

• On a Mac, hold Command and click Minus (-) at the same time.
• On a PC, hold Control and click Minus (-) at the same time.
• Continue clicking Minus (-) while holding Command/Control until the view on your window changes and the Case Notes Section appears.
• If you've zoomed too far out, zoom in by holding Command/Control and clicking Plus (+).

Note: The Case Notes Section does not appear on the following tabs: Costs, Tasks, Time Tracking, and Timeline.
