For Documents:
When a client uploads a document through their client portal, the primary contact on the case will get a notification in their CASEpeer inbox, the envelope icon in the top right corner of your account. The document will be in the mail review center for any worker assigned on the case to review and save to the client's file.
For Photos:
When a client uploads a photo through their client portal, the primary contact on the case will get a notification in their CASEpeer inbox, the envelope icon in the top right corner of your account. The photo will appear in the photos tab of the client's case.
