Download All Photos of a Case

How to download all photos from a case file. 

• Navigate to the Photos Tab in the open case.
• Click Download. 

• A zip file of all of the case photos will be saved to the Downloads folder on your computer or the location where your downloads are set to go. 
• You can also highlight the photos and drag and drop them to your desktop.
