The dropdown arrow does not appear on the fee section of the Settlement Tab of a case because it is still in an Intake case status. To fix this, update the case status to any of our retained statuses.
- Locate the case status bar at the upper right-hand corner of a case.
- Click the case status bar, search or scroll to select the next case status.
- The case status bar will be green if the case is in an open status or red if the case is in a closed status.
