Here's how to remove a note that has been shared as a message through the Client Portal.
- Navigate to the Notes tab in the case.
- Click on the drop-down arrow in line with the message you would like to remove from the Client Portal. Click Edit.
- Within the pop-up box, click on the x next to the Client Portal tag. Click Save.
- This message will no longer appear in the Client Portal, however, it will still be saved as a note on the case.
