Download Multiple Photos from the Photos Tab

How to mass download or download various photos from the Photos Tab of a case. 

• Navigate to the Photos Tab of the case.

• Click the 'List View' option. 

• Click the check box icon to select all photos and de-select any photos necessary.
• Once the desired photos are selected, click the three dots to the right of the check box icon.
• Select Download.

• A pop-up window will appear.
• Select Save.
