Customize the Order of Your Case Tabs
Put the case tabs in the order most convenient for your workflow.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Profile Settings from the dropdown.

- In the Profile Settings pop-up select Sort Case Tab Order.

- Click and drag the tabs to reorder them in your preferred arrangement, then click Save.


- The tabs will now show in the specified order in any case.
