How to connect or push over a case to your Case Status account:
- First, confirm that your client's phone number is marked as cell in the Client Tab
- Navigate to the case you'd like to send over to Case Status.
- Click on the dark green dropdown in the top right corner of the case and select Connect to Case Status.
- A pop-up window will appear. Select Confirm to send over the case and information to Case Status.
- The case will now be in your Case Status account.
