Photos can be reviewed in the Mail Review Center, however, they will be saved to the Documents Tab of a case. If the photo file type is jpeg the photo can be viewed in the Documents Tab.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab.
- Select the drop-down arrow to the jpeg photo and select View.
- If the photo file type is PNG the photo will not be able to be viewed in the Documents Tab, an error will occur.
NOTE: It is recommended to have photos uploaded directly into the Photos Tab of a case.
