When linking existing vendor or client contacts to Soluno, we recommend searching by first or last name only or by using the Soluno file number.
- A red circle under the Status column means that this CASEpeer contact has not been linked to a Soluno contact.
- Click the drop-down to the right of the line item.
- Select Create/Search Contact.
- Enter either the first name, last name, or Soluno file number and select Search. Typing the entire contact name may limit your search results.
- Select Connect.
Your contact is now linked. Follow the same search criteria when connecting an existing Soluno casefile.
