The Client Intake Form can be texted or emailed to the client to fill out. The client's entries will populate directly into the case once reviewed by a worker. This can be done from any tab in the case. CASEpeer now utilizes Google Translate to allow your clients to review the form in their preferred language.
- Navigate to the open case.
- Click on the dark green dropdown arrow to the right of the case status bar on the top right of the page.
- Select Client Intake Form from the dropdown menu.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Select Generate Link.
- Click Copy Link.
- Paste the link in an email or text message to the client.
- The Client can utilize the Google Translate feature in the upper right-hand corner of their Chrome browser to view the client intake form in their preferred language.
- Once the client completes the information, they can select the Submit button at the button of the page.
The assigned worker will now receive a message that the intake form has been submitted and is ready for review.
