Delete a Plaintiff

How to remove a plaintiff from the Other Parties Tab in CASEpeer. This would typically be someone involved in the accident who is not represented by the firm. 

• Navigate to the Other Parties Tab.
• Locate the plaintiff you want to delete.
• Click on the arrow at the end of the desired plaintiff’s row.
• Click Delete.

• A pop-up window warning will appear.
• Click Delete.
• The plaintiff will removed from the case.
