Add Adjusters to a Defendant Insurance

How to add an adjuster to a defendant's insurance for property damage, bodily injury, and medpay.

• Navigate to the Defendants Tab in the open case.

• NOTE: If there are multiple defendants on the case, click on the hyperlinked name of the defendant to update.

• Scroll to the Insurance Section that an adjuster needs to be added to.

• Click on the dropdown arrow aligned with the Adjuster Section.

• Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

• A pop-up window will appear.

• Select the adjusters.

• If the adjuster does not appear in the dropdown menu, click Add.

• Fill in the adjuster’s information.

• Click Save.

• Now select the adjuster from the dropdown list.

• Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

• Your adjuster will appear under the Adjusters Section of the corresponding insurance.
