View Adjuster History on the Defendant Tab

Get an idea of how any particular adjuster has generally handled past cases. 

• Go to the Defendants Tab in the open case. If there are multiple defendants on the case, select the defendant you would like to update.
• Scroll to the insurance you’re looking for.

• Click on the arrow at the end of the “adjusters” row under the associated insurance.
• Click the corresponding adjuster history you are looking for. For example, choose “injury adjuster history” for the bodily injury adjuster.
• When you are finished, click the “x” in the top right corner to close the popup.
