Delete a Request for Discovery

How to remove a discovery request on a case file.

• Navigate to the Discovery Tab on a case.
• Filter the entries by Propounded By, Discovery Types, or Status for faster searching.
• Click on the dropdown arrow at the end of the appropriate Discovery Request row.
• Select Delete.

• A pop-up window will appear. 
• Click Delete.

• The discovery will be removed from the Discovery Tab.
• NOTE: If a Discovery is deleted, all corresponding responses will also be removed.
