Assert a Lien For a Subbed Out Case

How to assert a lien on a case that has been subbed out. 

• NOTE: This tab will only be available in the case if it has been changed to one of the Subbed Out statuses.
• Navigate to the Sub Out Lien Tab of a case.

• Click the Add Lien.

• A pop-up window will appear.
• Fill out the required information and select the checkbox marked Asserting a Lien.
• Mark Yes in the Lien Asserted field.
• Click Save.
