What Is the Trivial or Minor Check Box Used For?

The Trivial or Minor Check Box is located on both the Intake Screen and the Case Index of a case. This can be used when a client is a minor or in some other case where your firm can only collect a small fee for taking them as a client. Trivial or minor cases can be filtered out on most reports. For example, some law firms like to hide these lower fee cases from their Retained Case Report because they know they won’t bring in the same fees as a standard case.
