Where Should Worker's Comp Liens Be Added?

If a lien for Worker's Comp needs to be added to a case, in the instance that the Employer is providing payment for medical treatment or lost wages throughout the duration of the case, we recommend adding this under the Miscellaneous Liens Tab. If the Employer expects reimbursement for their payments, this can also be added under the Settlement Advance Tab.
