While CASEpeer can merge contacts, there's not a way to merge duplicate cases. Here are the steps to help combine duplicate cases.
- Merge the client contact.
- Open both cases in two different tabs, side by side, and add in case information to the case you are keeping within CASEpeer.
- If necessary, download any documents and re-upload to the correct case.
- Once you've entered the necessary case information, you can delete the duplicate case.
