The Overview Treating Screen shows the distribution of cases by case status.
- Navigate to the Overview Tab.
- Click Treating.
- Overview of cases will appear.
- Scroll to the bottom, all cases will appear. The last date touched of a case will appear and further information of the case. Adding a note or a task can also be accomplished this way when reviewing all cases.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- Select desired option.
- Another way to view a case manager's case with the treating status is to Click on the case manager or case status if searching for a specific case.
- To Export, Select the exit arrow button.
- Select exporting by CVS or Excel.
