Delete all CASEpeer Inbox Messages

How to quickly delete all the messages in your CASEpeer Inbox. If you have more than 5000 messages, this can slow down your CASEpeer account. 

• From the top black bar of CASEpeer, click on the envelope icon.

• Select Inbox.

• Click on the three small dots to the right of message search.
• A drop-down menu will appear.
• Select the option for Delete All Read to delete all messages previously marked as read or select Delete All to delete all read and unread messages from your inbox.
