Track Soft Costs

How to track your firm's soft costs on a case when using the Soluno integration. Soft costs include copies, office supplies, paper, and postage.

• Navigate to the Settlement Tab.

• Scroll down to the Costs section.
• Select the arrow at the end of the COPP charges row.
• Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

• A pop-up window will appear. 
• Update the current COPP dollar amount to account for the new costs. 
• Select Save.

• The change will be reflected under the Costs Section and in the totals on the top of the page.
