Use Management Discovery as an Attorney

This report keeps track of discovery due dates.  Filter by the propounded client or propounded defense.  This filter can also view discovery type, litigation attorney, and litigation assistant.  

• Navigate to the Management Tab and select Discovery.

• An overview of the Propounded by Defense and Propounded by Client will appear. 

• Search by Litigation Attorney or Litigation Assistant. 

• Select Update. 

• Related cases will appear.
