How to hide Document Categories that your firm doesn't use.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or those with the Manage Document Categories permission.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Document Categories.
- Scroll or use the search bar to locate the document category you would like to hide.
- Click the dropdown arrow in line with the category and select Hide.
- NOTE: Custom categories can be hidden, edited, or deleted. Standard categories can only be hidden.
- The category will now be hidden from the category list on the Documents Tab of the case.
