To send a request from CASEpeer, the Multus Medical button must first be visible on the case. See which case fields activate the button.
NOTE: A firm administrator must first activate the integration in the Account Settings
- Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab
- Click the Multus Medical button.
- Review the form with case and contact information. The contact information will automatically populate with details and can be updated manually.
- Click Send.
- A yellow bar confirming the request has been sent will pop up and a note will be added to the case.
- Someone from the Multus Medical team will follow up shortly after your request has been sent. Their response time is the same day during business hours.
