Activate the Hona Integration

How to activate the Hona - previously Milestones integration, this will allow you to connect cases to your Milestones account. 

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

• Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

• Scroll down to the Integration section and locate Hona. 
• Click Activate. 

• A pop-up window will appear. 

• Copy the API Key and send it to your Milestones representative.
• You must click Save, otherwise, the API key will rest. 
• Once Hona activates the integration on their end, the option to connect a case will be available.
