Easily hide any case statuses your firm doesn't use.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a Firm Administrator.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Select Settings.
- The Manage Default Settings pop-up window will open.
- Click into the Hidden Case Statuses box and select any case statuses you would like to hide.
- Select Save.
- Your firm will no longer see the selected case statuses in the Case Status drop-down menu.
NOTE: If a case is in a status that is hidden, the case will remain in the status and the status will be available as a report filter option.
