Quickly assign or remove permissions for multiple users at the same time. This can be helpful for managing the permissions of users in the same worker roles.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Select the Checkbox to the left of each user for whom you'd like to mass assign or remove permissions.
- Select the Checkmark above the user list and a pop-up window will appear.
- Select Assign Permissions or Remove Permissions.
- Selecting Assign Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to assign the same permissions for all selected users.
- Selecting Remove Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to remove the same permissions from all selected users.
- Select Assign in the bottom right portion of the window.
