How to activate text templates for text message automation.
- NOTE: This can only be accessed by a firm administrator or someone with the Administration Settings Page Access advanced permission.
- Navigate to the Icon at the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click the Settings header.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Toggle Text Templates on and select Save.
- The Text Templates feature will now be available from the Icon.
