Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced
An intake packet can be assigned to an investigator directly from a case. Once assigned, the investigator will receive an email that a new packet is available. They can access their packets on my.casepeer.com/intakeportal.

Navigate to the case of the client for whom you want to assign the Intake Packet.
- Click on the drop-down at the top right of the page next to the case status.
- Select Assign Intake Packet.
- Select the Investigator to whom you want to assign the Intake Packet.
- If a name is not showing up, verify the worker has intake portal permissions and is assigned the intake worker filter menu.
- Select Send.
- Assigning the Intake Packet will automatically update the case status to Intake Packet and move it to the Intake Packet section of the Intake Management Screen.
- The investigator will receive an e-mail message notifying them of the assigned Intake Packet. This e-mail will also contain a link to the Intake Portal.
