If a user is not receiving emails of their CASEpeer notifications, follow these steps.
Verify Profile Settings notifications
- Navigate to the icon and select Profile Settings.
- Toggle on the Send all messages also to my email and select Save.
Check Spam
- Check your spam folders for the emails.
Whitelist our emails
- Whitelist noreply@casepeer.com and donotreply@casepeer.com. Whitelist means adding our emails to your safe sender's list to make sure they do not end up in spam folders, your IT team an also help with this.
Verify your email provider is not having an outage.

- Include your email provider and firm name.
