How to Reset Two-Factor Authentication for a user.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Locate the user for which you'd like to reset two-factor authentication.
- Click the dropdown arrow in line with that user and select Reset Two Factor.
- Resetting Two-Factor Authentication for a user will remove this option from any saved devices, and the user can re-authenticate upon their next login.
NOTE: If an account has only one firm administrator and the firm administrator needs their login reset, or they can temporarily add another firm admin, they must provide the last four digits of the card on file for payment or a copy of their driver's license to support@casepeer.com.
