Mass Delete Messages for a User

How to delete all of a user's messages. 

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator and this cannot undo this action.

• Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.

• Find the user you are deleting messages for.
• Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of that user's row.
• Select Delete Messages. 

• A pop-up window will appear that says Delete All Messages.

• Click Continue.
