Enabling two-way calendar sync will allow events to sync from a user's external calendar into CASEpeer's calendar. This can only be done by a firm administrator, once enabled EVERY user at the firm must resync their calendar.
NOTE: Once enabled, events from a user's external calendar must be copied to the CASEpeer Calendar, and CASEpeer cannot distinguish event types when they are synced from an external calendar into CASEpeer including which case they are associated to.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click on the Settings header.
- Toggle on Two-Way Calendar Sync.
For users linking their calendar for the first time
- Select Profile Settings
- Select Link Calendar.
- Select the appropriate email provider to connect.
For users that have previously linked their calendars
- Select Profile Settings.
- Select Manage Calendar.
- Select Unlink Calendar.
- Confirm that you'd like to unlink.
Users will now be able to use Two-Way Calendar Sync.
