View Adjuster History on the Client Tab

How to view settlement amounts on past cases with the same adjuster. 

• Navigate to the Client Tab in the open case.

• Scroll down to the insurance you’re looking for.
• Click on the arrow at the end of the adjusters row under the associated insurance.

• A pop-up window will then appear with the adjuster's history. 

Or review the adjuster history across all cases.

• Navigate to reports on the left side and scroll down to Insurance Adjusters.

• To view the company history click the gray dropdown arrow on the right-hand side of the row and select Adjuster History.

• A pop-up window will then appear with the adjuster's history.
