How to request the cost/check required to obtain a police report.
- Navigate to the Incident Tab.
- Click on the dropdown arrow aligned with the Incident Report Section and select Cost Request.
- If you the Cost Request option does not appear in the drop-down of the police report section, please make sure you have a policy agency selected.
- A pop-up window will appear pre-populated with the police agency’s mailing address.
- Enter the Cost Amount and Memo.
- Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
- The cost request will be sent to accounting management for payment. It will also be added to the Costs Tab of the case.
