Add a Settlement Offer

How to add an offer amount to the Settlement Tab. 

• Navigate to the Settlement Tab.

• Under Settlement Proceeds,  the Third Party or UM/UIM demands will appear.
• If any demands do not appear this indicates that the demands have not been entered yet. See Add a UM/UIM Demand or Add a Third Party Demand for instructions on how to add a demand.
• Locate the demand associated with the offer you want to add.
• Click the arrow on the right end of the row of the demand.
• Select Add Offer.

• A pop-up window will appear.
• The amount from the insurance company should be added in the Amount field and the counteroffer should be added in the Note field. 
• Select Save.

• The new offer will appear under the corresponding demand.

• Multiple offers can be added to the same demand until the amount is accepted.
