Edit Property Damage Fee on a Case

How to adjust a property damage fee on the Settlement tab. 

• Navigate to the Settlement Tab of the open case.

• Scroll down to the Costs section.
• Click the arrow next to the Property Damage Fee.
• Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

• A pop-up window will appear. 
• Enter the new property damage fee amount. 
• Click Save. 

• The changes will be reflected under Costs and in the totals at the top of the page.
• NOTE: This will only change the property damage fee on the open case. Update the default Property Damage Fee under Account Settings.
