How to assign a task for yourself and other caseworkers on a case.
- Navigate to the Tasks Tab.
- Click New Task
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Use the dropdown menu under Direct To to assign the task to someone else or yourself. A task must be assigned.
- Change Priority with the dropdown arrow.
- Select Due Date.
- Enter a Trigger Date if applicable.
- Turn Reminder On.
- Select Date, Time, and the user who should receive the reminder.
- Click Save.
- The Directed To worker will receive a notification of the new task.
- Once the task is completed whoever originally assigned the task will automatically be sent a message that the task has been completed with any additional notes.
- NOTE: Users may also add a new task by selecting Add Task from the green drop-down arrow on the right side of the case or by selecting the "t" key on their keyword.
