Edit COPP Charges on a Case

How to adjust COPP charges in the Settlement tab. 

• Go to the Settlement Tab of a case.

• Scroll down to the Costs section.
• Click the arrow at the end of the COPP charges row.
• Select Edit.

• A pop-up window will appear. 
• Enter the new COPP amount.
• Click Save.

• The changes will be reflected under costs and in the totals on the top of the page.
• NOTE: To change the COPP fee globally for new cases, set the default amount in Account Settings.
