How to reassign a case worker's files to another user.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Click Action Menu.
- Select Replace Worker from the drop-down menu.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Under Old Worker, select the worker you want to replace.
- Under Role, select the role of the old worker. This role will be replaced with the new caseworker.
- Under New Worker, select the worker you want to replace the old caseworker’s name with.
- Click Replace.
- You will see a confirmation message asking if you are sure if you want to assign the old worker’s cases to the new worker.
- Click Yes.
- The new worker’s name will show up on all currently active cases and future cases.
- NOTE: The old worker’s name will stay on closed cases.
