How to add a Lead Source Detail. Tracking the details of where firm cases come from, whether it's a marketing campaign or a referral, is also available on the Closed, Retained, Fees In and Settlement Reports.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the Manage Firm Lead Sources permission.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Lead Sources.
- Click the arrow at the end of the Source Detail row.
- Select Add.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Enter the new lead details.
- Click Save.
- The new source detail will available on the intake sheet on report filters.
