How to merge a source type or detail. Combining duplicates or incorrect source types and details will help to ensure accurate reporting.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of the account and select Lead Sources.
- Scroll to the Source Details header and click the Merge button.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Select source type or source detail under Items to Merge.
- Click next.
- Select the two source details or types the firm would like to merge.
- Click Merge.
- Any case with the merged Source Type or Detail will be preserved.
